Hjort Law Firm, established in 1893, is one of Norway’s most prominent law firms. In connection with the firm’s relocation to its new headquarters in Tullinkvartalet in 2021, ICArt was engaged to provide comprehensive art advisory services.

Tullinkvartalet is a neighborhood celebrated for its award-winning architecture and its significant contribution to the urban landscape of Oslo. The client emphasized a commitment to supporting local artists while embracing a wide spectrum of artistic media and expressions.

The final art program combined existing pieces from the firm’s collection with carefully sourced works and site-specific commissions.
